非常不錯的酒店，雅高集團管理的，員工訓練有素，酒店風景很美，環境很好，下海也方便，可以天天下海看魚和珊瑚，房間還不錯，不算太大，也不小，就是淋浴間的水有點小，可能因為這邊的水都是海水淡化，所有出水量比較小，但是總體酒店各方面都是很好的，庫塞爾這地方也比較冷門，從馬薩回來，住這裏，住了4晚，沒看見一箇中國人，酒店裡麪和外面是兩個世界。

After 10 visits to Egypt and 6 carefully selected, verified, and never cheap hotels...this hotel comes out on top. It is a combination of nature, elegance, sustainability, and quality service. If you want to explore the Red Sea, enjoy fine sand, a fabulous reef, and see wildlife that only divers see in other places, choose this hotel. In this magical place, the coral reef has a break. You will see blue spotted rays, moray eels, eagle rays, turtles, dolphins, and other animals. If you prefer the pool, there is a new and sensational infinity pool. If you want to do sports...you won't find a better place. A well-equipped gym, bicycles, horse riding, tennis, spa. The hotel is one of the greenest and most sustainable hotels I have seen. The premium rooms are not to be missed. Beach bag, loufa, bathrobe and slippers, coffee machine. Perhaps the best Wi-Fi in Egypt. And modern, efficient and easy-to-adjust air conditioning.

Ritornati per la seconda volta … rimane sempre un bellissimo resort. A differenza dello scorso anno purtroppo devo dire che c è stata un invasione di ospiti “molto” rumorosi per non parlare di bambini con genitori che creavano voragini in spiaggia… questo ecco non mi fa impazzire trovarlo per il mio relax Beach boys, lo chef Ayman che come ti vedeva sapeva già cosa prendevi ma che purtroppo non ho più visto, i ragazzi al bar i ragazzi al ristorante uno in particolare Flash un vero folletto, piccolo ma grande lavoratore E poi L amarezza di non rivedere Faled uomo di mare che anche lui assieme al mitico cuoco si è persa traccia me lo hanno liqueso 😪 Grandissimo dispiacere 🥲 Detto ciò, cibo, pulizia, cortesia sempre al top!

Sind alle sehr freundlich und sind total nett aufgenommen worden. Haben nebenbei auch gleich den Tauchschein gemacht. Eigenes Hausrief und Tauchschule. Einfacher gehts nicht. Alle können auch gut deutsch, für uns nicht nötig, aber vielleicht ein guter Hinweis für andere. Einziger Nachteil : kein grosser Meerzugang. Dafür 2 tolle Pools mit Poolbar.

Très bel hôtel et très propre. Le personnel est très gentil et au petit soin. La nourriture est variée et très bonne. Nous n'avons jamais mangé les mêmes choses 2 jours de suite. Le buffet n'est pas très grand mais varié et très bon pour chaque repas ce qui limite le gaspillage. Respectueux de l'environnement avec les bouteilles en verre qui ne se retrouvent pas dans la mer. Les chambres standard ne sont pas très grande (2 adultes et un adolescent) mais très propre. La literie est parmi une des meilleure qu'on ai eu en voyage. Il manque d'un bar supplémentaire à la plage pour mieux les répartir. Le cadre est exceptionnel et très calme malgré la route toute proche de la plage. Nous y retournerons certainement

Wszystko w tym hotelu jest w najwyższym standardzie i dbałość o dobro gości jest widoczne na każdym kroku, nawet w tak drobnym jak woda do mycia zębów w osobnej butelce, oprócz tej do picia w pokoju każdego dnia. Wszystkie inne atuty opisywane były tutaj wielokroć, to co dla nas było ważne: fantastyczna, żyjąca rafa, plaża z bezpośrednim wejściem do wody (buty do wody nie są konieczne), szybki Internet, wifi działające w każdym miejscu, spokój, niemal brak animacji, nachalnych sprzedawców, klimatyzacja cicha, wydajna, działająca non stop. Pierwszy raz byliśmy latem w Egipcie i trochę obawialiśmy się tych 40-42 stopniowych upałów. Nie było tak źle, skwar nad morzem czy przy basenie znośny przy ciągłej bryzie od morza a w pomieszczeniach wszędzie wydajna klima. Staff na każdym miejscu niezwykle oddany i ciężko pracujący by każda potrzeba była zaspokojona. Żona, która jest weganką miała nawet dostęp do menu, z którego mogła zamawiać każdego dnia coś extra oprócz wielu potraw i dodatków z których też korzystała. Cała kuchnia z obsługą to z resztą bodaj największy atut hotelu a poranny uśmiech Hisham przy omletach po prostu zapowiadał kolejny piękny dzień.

Hôtel magnifique ! Personnel aux petits soins et dévoué ! Mention toute particulière à Mustafa à la piscine El Ksara, Shazly et l'étudiant Mustafa à la plage, Alaa pour l'entretien de notre chambre et Harby pour les précieuses informations données lors de la visite de Myos Hormos. Il manque cependant une toilette supplémentaire sur la plage (vous devez soit aller au diving center ou remonter tous les escaliers pour remonter vers l'Orangerie) La petite case du poste de secours et celle du peinture mériteraient une petite rénovation (font un peu cheap) Excellent séjour !
